SITTER SERVICES

Will assist clients who just need a companion for the day to help with cooking, cleaning, dressing, and bathing. They may also perform basic medical services such as checking vital signs. They may provide intermittent care. The sitter may even drive them to appointments, family gatherings (assist the client if need be), church functions, as well as shopping. The perfect cure to cure those lonely times when family cant visit often or when the spouse has passed away.

CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA)/CAREGIVER

Primarily responsible for helping patients with ADLs, such as bathing, grooming, toileting, eating, and moving. Ensuring that patients receive appropriate nutrition can include shopping for groceries, preparing meals, and, depending on the circumstances, assisting with eating.

LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)

LPNs are responsible for the day-to-day care of patients. The LPN will act as a liaison between the family and ATIA Healthcare.He/She will visit the client in their home once a week to monitor medication and watching for changes in overall health. These nurses will act closely with the social worker to ensure care is administered effectively and is still warranted in a home health setting.

REGISTERED NURSE (RN)

Home Health RN, is responsible for traveling to a patient's home once every two weeks to administer their services. . Their duties include administering at-home IVs, changing dressings, cleaning wounds, and updating Doctors about their patient's health. The RN alongside the LPN will work closely with the Social Worker to ensure that insurance and medical equipment is updated and placed in the home for effective care.

SOCIAL WORKER

The Social Worker will work with client, the client's family, the LPN, and RN, and ATIA Healthcare in the home to identify their psychosocial, mental and emotional needs along with providing, developing, and/or aiding in the access to services to meet those needs. To make sure that patients are treated with respect and receive the appropriate care at every stage of the aging process. This may include keeping doctors and nurses apprised of any obstacles a patient may have in following medical recommendations. The Social Worker will make visit the client's home once every two weeks.
